Transportation to/from the Conference
The distance between the University Guest Houses and Oberoi Maidens is roughly between 18 and 22 kms. The following two licensed metered Taxi services can be hired from Terminal 3 at the IGI Airport, Delhi after exiting the main arrival hall. You pay on reaching the destination according to the printed receipt. These are 24 hour air conditioned Metered Radio Taxi services.

*Note: The night time fare is 25% extra over the day time fare. For a journey starting in the 'day time' and finishing in the 'night time' will be charged accordingly for the distance covered during the respective fare types.You are charged only from your pick up point to your drop point. A Night Surcharge of 25% is levied between 2300 hrs to 0500 hrs.
You can also book a pick up service through your Hotel, but that might be expensive. We will have Volunteers at the Airport who would assist you in getting a cab for you at the Airport.
3. Metro:
Airport Express between Airport and Connought Place. The metro services are going to start very soon. Chances are that the services would be available by the time of the conference. However, it is best to avoid this if you have heavy luggage.
